Bear Smiles provides a lifetime guarantee on all of our darling teddy's. If for whatever reason your Teddy needs repairing please send it back to Bear Smiles for mending. If Bear Smiles determines that your Teddy cannot be repaired we will replace your Teddy absolutely FREE.
When sending your teddy please provide Bear Smiles the following information:Approximate date of purchase
Owner's first name
Teddy's first name
First name of person who purchased the Bear Smiles and state they are located in.
